معرفی و شرح وظایف کمیته نخبگان:
کمیته نخبگان یکی از کمیته های تخصصی فرانگران می باشد که به منظور هم افزایی، انتقال دانش و تجربیات نخبگان در سطوح استانی، ملی و بین المللی تشکیل شده است.
ارکان کمیته نخبگان:
ارکان کمیته نخبگان به شرح ذیل می باشد:
1.ریاست کمیته.
2.دبیرکمیته.
3.مدیران گروه ها ( گروه های عمومی و تخصصی).
4.مسئول واحدها (درصورت تشکیل واحدهای زیرمجموعه بنا به تصمیم ریاست کمیته).
شرح وظایف کمیته:
1.تدوین آئین نامه داخلی کمیته و ارسال به هیات رئیسه برای تایید نهایی.
2.استفاده از آراء، نظریات و پیشنهادات اعضای پیشکسوت در جهت تدوین آیین نامه داخلی.
3.تهیه طرح¬ها و پروژه¬های مورد نظر کمیته و برنامه ریزی به منظور اجرای آنها در قالب پروژه های کاری مشترک با حضور نخبگان و کارآفرینان.
4.برنامه ریزی به منظور برگزاری دیدارهای منظم ماهانه با اساتید، نخبگان و پیسکسوتان.
5.همکاری با کمیته های تخصصی از جمله کمیته آموزش و پژوهش، کمیته پزشکان، کمیته هوش مصنوعی و بلاکچین و مشارکت در ایجاد کارگروه مشترک.
6.ایجاد مرکز تحقیق و توسعه فرانگران با هدف پاسخ به مطالبات اعضا در خصوص نوآفرینی و نوآوری در فرایند کاری ایشان، بازدید از کارخانجات عضو در صورت درخواست و حل مشکلات فنی و تخصصی تولید، نگارش طرحهای توجیهی و بیزینس پلن و سایر موارد مورد نیاز اعضا و ارائه طرحهای نوآورانه و خلاقانه.
7.تلاش در جهت جذب نخبگان در کمیته و توسعه کمی و کیفی آن به منظور نقش آفرینی در طرحهای ملی و بین المللی.
8.برگزاری جلسات نکوداشت و بزرگداشت نخبگان علمی و صنعتی در جهت معرفی، تجلیل و قدردانی از خدمات آنان.
9.پیگیری و امضای تفاهم نامه با دانشگاه¬ها در جهت اهداف کمیته.
10.همکاری با سایر کمیته های انجمن زیر نظر هیات رئیسه و در چهارچوب اساسنامه فرانگران.
Introduction and Description:
The Elite Committee is one of the specialized committees of Faranegaran, formed to enhance collaboration and facilitate the transfer of knowledge and experiences of elites at provincial, national, and international levels.
The Pillars of the Elite Committee are as follows:
Committee Chairperson.
Committee Secretary.
Group Managers (General and Specialized Groups).
Departments Managers.
Committee Responsibilities:
1- Drafting the internal regulations of the committee and submitting them to the board of directors for final approval.
2-Utilizing the opinions, views, and suggestions of senior members in drafting the internal regulations.
3-Developing proposals and projects desired by the committee and planning for their implementation through joint projects involving elites and entrepreneurs.
4-Planning regular monthly meetings with professors, elites, and senior members.
5-Collaborating with specialized committees such as the Education and Research Committee, Medical Committee, Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain Committee, and participating in the creation of joint working groups.
6-Establishing a research and development center within Faranegaran to address members’ demands regarding innovation and creativity in their work processes. This includes visiting member factories upon request, solving technical and specialized production issues, drafting feasibility studies and business plans, and providing innovative and creative proposals.
7-Efforts to attract elites to the committee and expand its quantitative and qualitative role in national and international projects.
8-Holding commemorative events to honor and celebrate scientific and industrial elites, aiming to introduce, honor, and appreciate their services.
9-Following up and signing memoranda of understanding with universities to achieve the committee’s goals.
10-Collaborating with other committees under the supervision of the board of directors and within the framework of Faranegaran’s articles of association.
