فرانگران همواره تلاش کرده تا با ایجاد شبکه ارتباطی و تعاملی چندجانبه در اکوسیستم کارآفرینی کشور، بابهره‌گیری از دانش روز به منظور توسعه کسب‌و‌کارها، نقشی موثر در تکریم فعالان وارزش‌آفرینان تولید و صنعت، ترویج فرهنگ کارآفرینی اشتغال و همچنین ارائه خدمات مقتضیدر سطح ملی و بین‌المللی به کلیه ذی‌نفعان داشته باشد.
The establishment of an interactive and multilateral platform, involving industry, innovation, and entrepreneurship activists on a national and international scale, with the aim of promoting the culture of entrepreneurship, facilitating effective communication, and furnishing proficient services to all members and other stakeholders in this field.
