مرحله 1
عضویت و احراز هویت
ابتدا در فراتامین ثبت نام کنید. تا پنل سرمایه گذاری برای شما ایجاد شود؛ حالا وارد پنل سرمایه گذاری شده و کلید دریافت اطلاعات از سجام را بزنید تا اطلاعات شما در فیلدهای مربوطه نمایش داده شود
مرحله 2
انتخاب طرح
از طرح های منتشر شده در فراتامین بازدید کنید. پس از انتخاب طرح مورد علاقه ، روی دکمه "سرمایه گذاری" کلیک کنید . شما می توانید مبلغ مورد نظر خود و همچنین روش واریز وجه را انتخاب کنید.
مرحله 3
عقد قرارداد و واریز وجه
قبل از واریز وجه قرارداد بین شما و متقاضی سرمایه(صاحب طرح) باید مورد تایید شما قرار گیرد. سپس مبلغ مورد نظر خود برای سرمایه گذاری را مشخص می کنید و عملیات واریز را ادامه می دهید. بعد از واریز وجه می توانید رسید واریز وجه خود را چاپ نمایید.
مرحله 4
پایان دوره جمع آوری و دریافت گواهی شراکت
با پایان یافتن دوره تکمیل سرمایه . وجوه جمع آوری شده به حساب متقاضی واریز می گردد. در این مرحله ، فرابورس برای شما گواهی شراکت طرح را صادر می کند و شما می توانید این گواهی را در صفحه خود در سکوی فراتامین دریافت نمایید.
مرحله 5
اجرای طرح و نظارت بر آن
پس از آغاز اجرای طرح ، متقاضی باید مطابق با برنامه از پیش تعیین شده گزارشات دوره ای خود را جهت اطلاع سرمایه گذاران در فراتامین منتشر نماید. در این مدت همواره سکوی فراتامین به نمایندگی از سرمایه گذاران بر اجرای طرح نظارت دقیق می کند.
مرحله 6
بازگشت سرمایه و پرداخت سود
متقاضی بر اساس نوع توافق سود حاصل را بصورت دوره ای در طول مدت اجرای طرح و یا در پایان طرح از طریق سکو به حساب سرمایه گذاران واریز می کند و در پایان طرح نیز اصل و سود طرح را بصورت کامل با سرمایه گذاران تسویه می نماید و شما می توانید از سرمایه گذاری خود لذت ببرید.

Next, access the dashboard and click the button to receive information from Sejam to have it displayed in the relevant fields.
Step 2:
Choose a project
View the available projects on Fara tamin's website.
Once you find a project you prefer, click on the "Invest" option.
Choose the amount and deposit method.
Step 3:
Signing contract & deposit
Before depositing the money, the contract between you and the capital applicant (project’s owner) must be approved by you.
Then you specify the amount you want to invest and continue the deposit operation. After making the payment, you can print your payment receipt.
Step 4:
Receiving the partnership certificate
By the end of the capital completion period. The collected funds are deposited into the applicant's account. At this stage, Fara bourse will issue you a project’s partnership certificate, and you can receive this certificate on your page on the Fara tamin platform.
Step 5:
Implementing and monitoring of the project
Once project implementation starts, the applicant must publish his periodic reports in order to inform the investors in Fara tamin as per the agreed schedule. During this period, Fara tamin platform always closely monitors the implementation of the project on behalf of the investors.
Step 6:
Return of investment and the payment of interest
Depending on the specific agreement, the applicant will deposit profits periodically throughout the project's implementation or at its conclusion through the platform.
Once the project is complete, the principal and profits will be fully settled with the investors, allowing them to enjoy the returns on their investment.
